The Visit To Devbhoomi
It is usually said “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” Tours & Excursions are a part & parcel of life. We all learn a lot from each & every travel we make. Recently, DPS Kurukshetra organized a tour for students to the peaceful land of Himachal Pradesh. They visited Dalhousie, Khajiar, Mcleodganj, Dharamshala & Jwala Devi. At Khajiar, they witnessed the mesmerizing beauty of nature at the bankside of lake. Dalhousie is a well known place for its beautiful places & markets. The pious atmosphere at Budhist Monestary & churches at Macleodganj was a totally new experience for children. At Dharamshala, they enjoyed sitting in the international cricket stadium & some of them played some practice shots as well. Visit to Jwala Devi temple was a part of imbibing the respect to our heritage into our kids. Children enjoyed a lot under the guidance of loving, caring & learned teachers. The tour will be remembered for the fun & knowledge.
